AIMS Human Capital Romania is pleased to announce the completion of AIMS SalaryMap 2010, the compensation and benefits survey conducted each year in the industrial and IT field.
The current edition of AIMS SalaryMap, the 11th in the industrial field and the 5th in the IT field, contains information on salary ranges for 200 production-specific jobs and 26 IT-specific jobs, as well as the most recent information on compensation and benefits policies and practices applied by participant companies. The participants’ list consisted of 98 production companies and 26 IT companies.
The AIMS SalaryMap 2010 Report for both fields (industrial and IT) is also available for non-participant companies to the present edition and can be customized according to various criteria: geographical location, industry, comparison only with selected market players.
